Air field Geçitkale (Greek: Lefkoniko airfield, no ICAO code assigned) is an airfield in Famagusta in the Turkish administered part of Cyprus.
The airfield was built by the Turkish Air Force after the invasion of Cyprus. It was completed around 1990. It has the longest runway on the island and served as the main Turkish-Cypriot airport until the completion of Ercan Airport (the former Tymbou airfield). The airport is not recognized by ICAO, the highest international authority on legal issues relating to civil aviation in general. ICAO's policy on matters relating to Cyprus conforms to that of the United Nations and the international community. As a result ICAO recognizes only the Republic of Cyprus and its Government as the sole representative of the whole island and the airspace above it. Geçitkale is the main Turkish Air Force airfield on Cyprus, but it has no units assigned to it. The last time Turkish combat aircraft visited the installation was in November 2000. The aircraft landed at the airfield during an exercise held in response to a similar Cypriot-Greek exercise weeks earlier.
